If life coaching and bespoke design had a baby, that would be Exquisite Life Design; my offering. It may sound ambiguous & out of reach, yet I believe it’s an inclination and state of mind. A frequency that you tune into like the latest podcast you discovered and are enjoying, (mine is Jen Gotch is OK…Sometimes.)
There’s a high standard implied for something to be considered Exquisite. It’s usually in the way it’s made, the commitment to quality, the luxury; not because it’s a designer label but because of the devotion behind the craft. There’s an intention behind Exquisite, and ultimately how it makes us feel. There’s a sense of awe, the feeling of gratitude for the experience. Fully appreciating all that Exquisite can offer in an unusual perfume, a memorable meal, a special event, a stunning sunrise, or a synchronistic meeting of a stranger.
The art of Exquisite Living... sounds delicious doesn’t it? You can have it, if it makes you swoon. Notice if there’s an internal wall that blocks your access to feeling worthy of enjoying a pleasurable life. Exquisite living is doing your best with a special touch: cooking the most beautiful meal you can, arranging flowers you buy at Trader Joes with flair, having fun wrapping a present beautifully, setting goals while enjoying the process of achieving them. Yes, it requires a certain level of committed discipline, but it’s worth the additional effort because beauty is uplifting. And the ability to appreciate makes life worthwhile.
In gratitude, it’s my passion to infuse daily life with the Exquisite. Follow along, as I share how to infuse the extraordinary in the ordinary. You’ll appreciate the juxtaposition; the dance, the push and pull that really highlight all the magic life has on offer.
